How to Schedule Video Downloads using vMax 5

Navigate to www.vmaxlive.net
Login with following info:
1. Fleet ID: minnemn01
2. UN: Provided by MVTA IT
3. PW: Provided by MVTA IT
After getting logged in, click on the Archive Manager button in the upper right-hand side

This will open the Archive Manager window. To schedule a new video download click Add

This will open the Schedule Download window as seen below:

Fill out the form using the following:
1. File Name: Put in a file name (no spaces allowed)
2. Vehicles: Select the vehicle from dropdown
3. Select Priority (select Normal)
4. Resolution (select Low)
5. Select Cameras (select All)
6. Select Recurrence (select Once)
7. Under Archive Time put in the Beginning and Ending Date/Time for the video

Click Save
This closes the window and takes you back to the main Archive Manager window. You can check the status of your Scheduled Archive here

When the bus comes back to the garage it will automatically upload its video and change the status to Completed

Once its Completed, you can do the following from the EBG or BBG Camera computers:
1. Click the Play icon to view the video
2. If you need to Save the video, you can click the Folder icon to be taken for the video file itself which can be copied as needed.
3. If you no longer need the video, click the Trash can icon to delete the video.
