How to Create Connect Issue Tickets
Firstly, navigate to https://servicedesk.mvta.com
First, ensure you are logged into ServiceDesk, in the top right you should see a logo with your first name initial. (1)
If you do not see this, click the login button, and fill in your email and password.
Click on the “Report an issue” box (2)
Ensure under “Issue Related to” that you select “Incident Management”
Under the field “Connect Issue Type” select your issue type (Location or Rider)
You will see the fields change.
The subject field will become the title of the ticket (1). Ensure that a detailed description of the issue is given.
You can attach files as needed at the bottom (2)
Fill in all the required fields and click submit! (3)
