How To Create a Ticket for Incident Management
Navigate to https://servicedesk.mvta.com
First, ensure you are logged into ServiceDesk, in the top right you should see a logo with your first name initial. (1)
If you do not see this, click the login button located in the same area, and fill in your email and password.
Click on the “Report an Issue” box (2)
Ensure under “Issue Related to” that you select “Incident Management”
The “Subject” of a ticket will become the title, otherwise fill all the required fields to the best of your ability.
Fill in the "Incident Type" field with either Bus Incident/Facility Incident, and fill in all the required fields.
You can attach files at the bottom if needed as well
