How to Create Fleet Service Requests
Purpose
The purpose of this solution article is to guide users through the process of creating fleet service requests using the MVTA Service Desk platform. This ensures that users can efficiently request vehicle moves or manage user additions or removals for the fleet.
Scope
This guide covers the steps from logging into the Service Desk to submitting a fleet service request. It is intended for users who need to interact with the Fleet Services category.
Responsibilities
Users are responsible for correctly logging into the Service Desk, selecting the appropriate service request type, and accurately filling in all required fields. The user must ensure that all information provided is correct to avoid any delays in service processing.
First, navigate to https://servicedesk.mvta.com
Ensure that you are logged in, in the top right corner you should see your first name initial and *NOT* a login button. (1)
Next, select the “Request a Service” box (2)
On the next menu, you will see some categories on the right side, choose “Fleet Services”
From here, select whether you are requesting a vehicle move or a m5 user addition or removal.
Fill in the required fields and the ticket will be routed directly to Scott!
