How to Login to Avail V9

NOTE: Avail v9 integrates the separate myavail application into the browser as part of Avail ETMS. After the upgrade, DO NOT open the myavail application. The instructions below explain how to login to the new v9 upgrade.

Navigate to https://mvta.myavail.cloud/login
Enter the username and password that you previously entered into the myavail application
Click "LOGIN"
Click "Product Suite" (1) and select "Operations" (2)
Click the "Dispatch" tile
A new tab will open up that look like the old myavail application. Login to this screen with your same myavail login information.
NOTE: This separate login allows Dispatch to stay logged in and not auto-logout due to inactivity.
This updated version of myavail looks and behaves very similar to the previous version.
NOTE: There are a couple of limitations when compared to the application. You can no longer rearrange tabs or pop out the map. Though, there is a new Live Map feature that improves upon the previous map. The instructions for opening the Live Map are below:
Click on the ETMS tab that you previously opened. It is labeled "Operations"
Click "Live Map" tile
