How to View All Tickets from your Department
1. Navigate to the support portal for Servicedesk.mvta.com
2. Click on the 'sandwich' in the top left
3. Select the tickets option on the left hand side.
4. At the top next to "Tickets created by" select the drop down (1) and from here you can select the other tickets in the departments you are apart of. (2)
