Eagle Creek Transit Station
• Unlock the First Electrical Box (Located near the shelter – see photo):

This is the box with the padlock.
You’ll need to open this first to get the key for the next box.
• Find the Key for the Camera Switch Box:
The key is located on top of the beige box, just under the turn knob (see red circle in the photo).

You may need to wiggle or adjust the key slightly to unlock it — the lock can be tricky.
- Once it’s open, you’ll see the camera switch and the fiber lines inside.

Southbridge Parking & Ride
The camera switch box (with a padlock) is located near the bus entrance/exit area.
Look for a shed nearby (not shown in the picture) — the box should be close to it.

After Opening the Camera Switch Box:
- You’ll see the surge protector for the camera cable runs (see photo).
- If the cameras go down during a storm, check the surge protector first.
- There are also lightning suppressors installed on the camera poles.
- If those are down, contact Parallel for support.

Southbridge Gate

Location:
(44.785191, -93.409748)
You’ll need a flathead screwdriver to open the electrical boxes at this location.
- There are two electrical boxes, located back-to-back near the gate/pole (see photo)

First electrical box (facing the road)

Second electrical box (behind the first box)
