How to Change Station Speaker Music
Purpose: Adding new music to the Axis Speakers that are located in the stations.
Scope: Axis speakers that are located in select stations such as ETS
Responsibilities:

External Affairs need to request a music change or addition through a service desk ticket. They can either give us the music they want or we can find new music ourselves.

IT Team is responsible for uploading new music as requested by the External Affairs team.
Finding Music
1. Go to Royalty Free Music Download - Pixabay
2. Find music
When Choosing Music
- Only do instrumentals
- Avoid music that has this tag on the side of it
3. Download music
Upload to Leader Speaker
1. Remote into MVTA-Genetec using Remote Desktop Manager
2. Open browser and go to leader speaker (10.50.152.134)
3. Login information in Keeper 'Axis - Speakers ETS'
4. Go to Music
5. Go to Playlists
6. Select Upload
7. Select song to upload *Must be MP3 format*
- Once song is uploaded, it's now on the server
